Main functions:
This machine is used to test the cracking resistance of rubber products in an ozone environment. The ozone resistance testing machine can control and adjust the concentration of ozone environment to determine the ozone resistance performance of specimens.
Main features:
The equipment mixes ozone gas generated by a silent and efficient ozone generator with a certain amount of treated air in a heat exchanger and sends it into a test chamber. The UV detector continuously detects the ozone concentration online and feeds it back to the ozone generator control system, which effectively controls the occurrence of ozone based on the set value. This ensures that the test chamber maintains an appropriate ozone concentration and operates under the heating and humidification system, meeting all test conditions
